A Special Knife for the California Custom Knife Show......

... with 24ct gold and fine silver plus some engraving

Well, I have been embarking on a new journey to make some heirloom chef knives.

The kind of knives that not only stand the test of time, but that have attributes that are beyond what I have ever seen on any culinary knife.

This is a knife features some beautiful engraving with 24ct gold and Fine Silver inlay on each side of the blade. This fine work was achieved by my good friend and engraver Bill Rice of Morro Bay California. Thanks for a stunning-job Bill!

The blade is forged-to-shape our of 1095LM,
is dressed in a handle that is comprised of Sweet Gum-Pods impregnated in Alumilite Resin,
that has been laminated the translucent G-10, add set with bronze pins.

It is an exciting knife to see in person but I was able to get some ok images of it. And I posed it with the other Sabatier re-creation I have too,
since I felt that they would look cool in an image together.

I hope you enjoy seeing these knives, and please do stop-by my table at the

California Custom Knife Show to see them in person.

Looking forward to seeing you all there!
